1Thessalonians: 5:19: Quench not the Spirit.
In the body of Christ every part has a purpose; every part has an output meaning you are the conduit for the Holy Ghost to operate! However, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ can change some things without the body of Christ witnessing the cause of the change but only see the affect of the change. Meaning the Lord Jesus Christ can take away someone’s cancer without the doctors or anyone touching that person but miraculously the cancer is gone. That is seeing the affect of a change without seeing the cause. In the text we see that Jesus Christ wants to show His power (the cause) through the Church (the affect) by the body of Christ not quenching the Spirit of the living God, the Holy Ghost! Paul is saying like he told Timothy in 1Timothy 4:14: Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. In addition, Paul also told Timothy to stir up the gift of God which is in you, 2Timothy 1:6. Quench in the text mean to extinguish or to go out. Therefore, the Holy Spirit is like a fire that never goes out or extinguished and if you are a baptized born again believer there is a fire that is in you waiting to explode if it had not already. You are the conduit for the Spirit to operate and there are many operations of the Spirit of God, 1Corinthians 12:4 and Romans 12:4. I believe God has a purpose for you to know your gift and to quench not the Spirit of the Living God too allow it to work in you with power. God did not leave you without a gift to operate in so I declare and decree that your gift will manifest in Jesus Name. To those who already know their gift and has not fully operated in your gift I pray that you stir up the gift that is in you and to not let the fire go out and watch Jesus Christ manifest Himself in you in a mighty powerful way to accomplish what He has for you in Jesus name. I declare and decree for the body of Christ to gain more power, might, strength reigning in dominion with the gifts of the Holy Ghost to turn this world upside down with the Full Gospel of Jesus Christ…
