Advancing Encouragement By:

Psalms: 34:6: This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
Have you ever been depressed in your thoughts or in your circumstances? Have you ever been in need struggling with the hope of everything is going to be alright? On one hand you can be depressed in your thoughts about something in particular or your circumstances may seem or feel impossible to bear and on the other hand you maybe outright in need of survival. Hence, if you are experiencing death in the family or you are in financial straights or you are just having some difficulties that are to hard to handle in your life, whatever it is there is hope for you. If this is not you maybe this word is for someone you know. The idea here is for that person to call out to the Lord and to make his request known and to say, ‘hears me Oh Lord I need you right now’! This is like calling out to someone to come and rescue you from your distresses not tomorrow, not next week or next month, I need you right now! The question maybe when do I stop crying out? While you are remaining patient on the Lord you continue to pray without ceasing, 1Thessalonians 5:17. In this context David praises God and exhorts others thereto. David wants you and me to experience what it is like to be delivered out of poor, depressed and distressed circumstances and most people have been through poor, depressed and distressed circumstances. David has experienced the Lord hearing his cry and saving him out of all, not some but all of his troubles. I have experienced the Lord delivering me out of all my troubles where I am able to praise God even while I am going through my troubles. Today you can get the victory over all your troubles even while you are going through them victory is still yours. To save in this text is to get victory, to be safe, to free or succor: -- deliver, help, preserve, rescue, be safe, bring or (having) salvation. So trust and cry out to the Lord and He will deliver you, succor you and give you victory over your troubles in Jesus Name…
