Advancing Encouragement By:

1Corinthians: 13:4: Charity suffers long, and is kind; charity envies not; charity vaunts not itself, is not puffed up, 5: Does not behave itself unseemly, seeks not her own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil; 6: Rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7: Bears all things, believeth all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
The body of Christ greatest gift is love. Can you honestly say that you love? If we look at love in its deepest meaning we will see how love is honestly missing out of many people lives. Charity here comes from the word agape meaning, affection or benevolence; specially (plural) a love-feast :--( feast of) charity. Agape can be boiled down to two words benevolence and charity. The acts of benevolence and charity are selfless in nature that sacrifices in obedience to give of its self even when it is not returned and it is filled with overwhelming affection. This is the true meaning to charity from the word agape and we can see it is truly missing out of so many lives, families, organizations, and especially churches is where God ordained it to reign in the Kingdom of God. In the text above is the manifestation of agape love and God is love, John 4:16. Today my friend let the love of God reign in you. Let the love of God take dominion, rule, and supremacy in your life it will never fail. Most importantly, knowing that God is love, John 4: 16 and if love believes all things then God believes in you. He believes that you are going to make it through and He is going to endure with you to the end because He is faithful. Therefore, let God love on you so you can know how to love with charity and benevolence which is agape, the love of God in your life and watch the power of God beyond measure manifest its self in you in Jesus Name…
