GOD WILL FIGHT FOR ME
Nehemiah: 4:14:

And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the Lord, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses.

GOD WILL FIGHT FOR ME
Advancing Encouragement By:
Bishop James Jr. Hairston

Nehemiah: 4:14: And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the Lord, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses.

In this passage of scripture there were people that were against what God was doing. Without going into the total background of this scripture (read the first 4 chapters) when God calls you to do something in His Kingdom there will always be someone trying to go against what you are accomplishing in Jesus name. Someone will not like your ideas, your vision or your goals and will try to distract you and keep you from being successful. Hence, you cannot expect everyone to agree with you but you should expect some opposition. Without opposition in your life will leave no room for God to show His power and protection in your life. Opposition draws us nearer to God to grow in our relationship with Him and will increase our faith to learn how to trust in Him. Henceforward, He will fight your battles and conquer all of your enemies. Nehemiah was under harsh opposition and it struck fear in all of those who were involved in the work of God. He told the people do not be afraid of them because God will protect us and he will fight our battles. I believe Nehemiah remembered how God worked on behave of Mosses when he built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovah-nissi: For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation, Exodus, 17:15,16. Therefore, today it does not matter what you are going through for the sake of building Gods’ Kingdom he will prevail victory in your life and you will accomplish the work God has called you to do. He will fight for you and fight for everyone that is involved in your life. The enemy cannot win he is defeated from all sides so stand firm in the power of Gods might with your full armor of God while He fights for you in Jesus name. Today you are successful and man cannot stop your progress in Jesus Name…
