We are the people with thought of as having practical and highly independent (set apart) views or interests, meaning "spreading the gospel at ground zero in Jesus name."

God's people do things differently that of the people of the world. We have independent (set apart) and practical beliefs that has been given by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe only in the supernatural power of God and we put all our hope, faith,and trust in Him and no one else.
The Power of the Holy Spirit:
Acts 1: 5, For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
Acts 1:8, But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Romans 15: 13, Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

And this day is the scripture fulfilled in your ears," Luke 4: 18, 19, 21. [King David did Similarly, I Sam 22: 1,2 and developed the army of God]
