Advancing Encouragement By:

2Peter: 1:6: And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
In our societies today all over the world so many people are out of control living ungodly lives. I would say the life that you live is based upon the knowledge that you inspire to live. The world needs the knowledge of God through His word and the courage to live by it will bring godliness to the world so we can be at peace. When you look at what was said before this verse because of the connection by the word and it is talking about according to Gods divine power He gave us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of Him that have called us to glory and virtue, verse 3. Then everything after that leading up to verse 6 is based on being partners with His Divine Nature escaping this world with all of its lust, verse 4. In addition, our faith is then supplied with courage (virtue) and courage with knowledge, meaning the act of knowing what it is like when we experience faith and courage to be partners with God Divine Nature, verse 5! Yes, it takes faith and courage to be a partner with Gods Divine Nature to be able to stand up to what is right and to live our lives as an example of Gods Divine Nature (read faith and courage)! From this point on my friend you are now living out the knowledge of God and His divine Nature in your life that simultaneously adds to your knowledge of how to live being self controlled (temperance)! This is the act of knowing how to control your self not to live like the evils of the world! Moreover, simultaneous or instantaneously you are adding to your self-control patience because you have just learned by having faith and courage to stand up for what is right you know how to have self-control that gave you the power too be patient meaning you are now hopeful and able to endure whatever it is you are facing. Not only that because you are hopeful and able to endure what it is you are facing, simultaneously and instantaneously it has become godliness added to your faith, added to your courage, added to your knowledge, the act of knowing because you experience faith and courage that led you to have self-control is why you are so patient in your situation or whatever you are facing, (Read Faith And Courage). Your godliness is another sign that you are partners with God’s Divine Nature because your knowledge of God gets Godliness in your life, in Jesus Name…
